I am writing to advise you of outstanding customer service displayed by one of your employees, Dave Lalonde. Dave and Craig installed a new water heater for me and on the following day, Saturday, I had no hot water. Dave was on call that Saturday and came out to troubleshoot my problem. He determined that the breaker in my electrical panel box was faulty. He called around to find an electrician who could respond to my problem on a Saturday. POP Electric responded and fixed the problem. Dave went out of his way to find someone to help me and he talked to the electric reps to describe the problem, which was appreciated, as I know nothing about electrical issues. Dave also made a follow-up phone call to me to ensure that my problem had been fixed. I feel that Dave went out of his way to assist me. He is friendly, courteous and very professional.
