Dave and Craig installed a new water heater for me and on the following day, Saturday, I had no hot water. Dave was on call that Saturday and came out to troubleshoot my problem. He determined that the breaker in my electrical panel box was faulty. He called around to find an electrician who could respond to my problem on a Saturday. POP Electric responded and fixed the problem. Dave went out of his way to find someone to help me and he talked to the electric reps to describe the problem, which was appreciated, as I know nothing about electrical issues. Dave also made a follow-up phone call to me to ensure that my problem had been fixed. I feel that Dave went out of his way to assist me. He is friendly, courteous and very professional. It isn’t often that I run across such exceptional customer service and wanted you to know that Dave is an outstanding representative of your company. Thank you.

Thank you for your quick response to setting us up with temporary heating when our old furnace gave out. Your recommendation for a new 90% furnace seems to have been a good one. During the installation process, I was very pleased with the professional attitude that your staff treated me and my family with. They were in and out, removing every indication of their work by the end of the day. I am looking forward to not needing the 10 year parts and labor warranty that came with the new furnace.
