Earthquake Valves

Seattle is at risk! Plates converging under the ocean could cause an earthquake that could hit 9 or higher. If you use natural gas and you live in an Extreme or Moderate risk area you need an earthquake valve.

With an earthquake valve installed between the gas meter and your home and loved ones, you will rest easier knowing, in the event of an earthquake, you’re protected from one of an earthquake’s greatest dangers – gas fire.

Root X®

Not a glamorous product, but it gets the job done, and when your plumbing drains are clogged that means everything.

Kill pipeline roots—avoid costly repairs – RootX® makes it easy for your plumbing professional to kill roots in residential sewer lines, storm pipes and septic systems. Root intrusion may be the single most destructive element facing your home’s wastewater collection system. Left untreated, roots will spread throughout the pipe. Material passing down the drain gets trapped in the roots, restricting the flow or even causing a complete blockage.

Root intrusion can eventually destroy a sewer or septic system, costing thousands of dollars to repair or replace. We recommend annual RootX® treatments to keep your system root free and avoid costly sewer and septic tank repairs. Ask your plumbing professional about our annual reminder program.

Kill pipeline roots–restore pipe flow capacity – The patented RootX® formula foams on contact with water to reach the top of the pipe where 90% of the roots are. Degreasing agents strip away grime so the RootX® herbicide can penetrate the roots, killing them on contact. RootX® sticks to the pipe walls, preventing re–growth for up to three years. Dead roots decay over time, restoring pipes to their full capacity.

Tough on roots; easy on pipes – RootX® kills roots using the aquatic herbicide Dichlobenil. It’s non–caustic, non–fumigating and non–systemic, and it contains no diquat dibromide, copper sulfate or metam sodium. RootX® will not harm pipes, septic systems or above–ground vegetation.

Bio–Clean

A completely safe way to maintain your drains or septic system; Bio–Clean is a bacteria that feeds off of the dead organic matter in your drain system. It begins to eat their way into the waste that has accumulated on the sides and top of the drain pipes. There are 100 drain treatments per two pound container or a 1,000 gallon septic tank per two pound container. It’s great for maintaining pumps. Use it for your RV holding tank. This product is natural, safe, and easy to use.

Grunfos Comfort System –

SAVE HUNDREDS OF GALLONS OF WASTED WATER!

A Grunfos Comfort System re–circulates hot water and eliminates cold water runoff at the faucet using a bypass valve and pump with a timer.

How it works: A return line is installed near the faucet farthest from the water heater. It’s connected to a pump and flows back to the water heater. As water slowly cools in the hot water line, the recirculation pump moves hot water from the heater throughout the pipe back to the heater, creating a continuous loop of slow–moving warm water. When a faucet is turned on, warm water is instantly available for use with no waste.
