Utility Rebates, Tax Credits, Factory Rebates

PUD                                   PSE

Last year we helped many satisfied homeowners replace or upgrade their heating and air conditioning equipment AND qualify for Federal Tax Credits. This year we have already helped many homeowners take advantage of combining Tax Credits with Utility Rebates and Dealer Rebates.

Now is the best time to upgrade or replace that furnace, ductless heat pump, heat pump, air conditioner, or boiler.  Saving energy and money are the incentive for utilizing Utility Rebates and Federal Tax Credits, and because we are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer combining Manufacture Rebates with equipment that qualifies for Utility Rebates and Tax Credits has made upgrading or replacing your furnace, heat pump, air conditioner, or boiler more economical than ever.

It is important to know that not all equipment or combinations of equipment can qualify for rebates and/or tax credits. Sizing equipment properly for comfort and long life is just as important to us as reviewing your best options to take advantage of all tax credits and rebates for equipment that best suits your home.

Call for a free estimate by one of our HVAC (Heating, Venting, & Air Conditioning) consultants who will gladly size equipment to your home and heating system evaluate options and details to help you utilize any Utility Rebates, Tax Credits, & Factory Rebates that are available in your area.

TOILET REBATES

Toilets are becoming more efficient using less water to flush than ever before. Because they do reduce excess water usage some water utilities and municipalities offer rebates from time to time. To qualify for the rebate from your water utility or municipality; first verify what rebates are still available, second the toilet needs to be a High Efficiency Toilet (HET) - Look for the Water Sense logo - , and lastly follow the requirements of the rebate offer to qualify and acquire the rebate.

Do High Efficiency Toilets Flush Well?

These HET toilets are better for the environment and great to reduce water utility expenses, but in most people's mind there is a concern that using less water to evacuate the toilet can greatly compromise the performance. It is definitely true that there are toilets that flush better than others. Choosing the right toilet can be the difference of living with a plunger always next your toilet and being happy with consistent performance. Because we warranty our toilets for one year parts and labor Day & Nite Plumbing & Heating stocks High Efficiency Toilets that are efficient in low water usage yet not an inferior in performance.

With the rebates now being offered, now is a great time to think about purchasing a quality toilet that will reduce your water usage and the impact on the environment and your water bill. For more information we have put together some of the Water Utilities in our area that may be offering rebates on Toilets and provided some helpful links below.
