HVAC Plan – H1
Annual Maintenance includes a 25 point inspection and the following:

• Carbon monoxide check of living areas
• Combustion analysis
• Temperature rise
• Basic cleaning: burners, combustion chamber, surface, flame sensor, & furnace housing
• Check components that are a part of the equipment for normal operation
• Check and adjust manifold gas pressure
• Check exposed venting

Free replacement of the following failed parts:

• Thermo–couplings
• Limit Switches
• Flame Sensors
• Low Voltage Wiring Repairs
• Capacitors
• Fusible Links
• Relay Switches
• Sequencers Relay

HVAC Plan – H1+
The “Furnace or Boiler Worry Free Plan Includes the same benefits as the H1, plus the following:

• Free replacement of all components in the furnace or boiler
• Replacement of the following failed parts for boilers: Aquastat, Manual Reset Aquastat and Auto Air Vent

Excludes: External Controls, Field Modifications and Heat Exchanger

HVAC Plan – H2
Add on an Air Conditioner or Heat Pump
Annual Maintenance includes a full inspection including the following:

• Inspect and perform outdoor unit coil cleaning
• Inspect and perform indoor in–place coil cleaning as needed
• Inspect all components and wiring in equipment
• Inspect Condensate Pump

Inspection performed will cover an air conditioning season.

Free replacement of the following failed parts:

• Contactors
• Relays
• Outdoor Temperature Sensor
• Defrost Switch

HVAC Plan – H3
Add on a Media Air Filter or EAC (Electronic Air Cleaner)
Note – This is an add–on to H1 or H1+ and may NOT be sold separately

• Provide clean EAC cells and pre–filters with maintenance for Electronic Air Cleaner
• or Provide New 4" + Media Air Filter Annually
• or Clean or Provide basic 1" Media Air filter with annual maintenance and provide replacements for the Year

The Filter service we provide will depend on the system existing on your furnace

HVAC Plan – H4
Add an Ultra Violet (U.V.) Air Cleaner, Perfect Air Cleaner, Humidifier or Guardian Air Filter
Note – This is an add on to H1 or H1+ and may NOT be sold separately

• Inspect U.V. or Guardian Air Cleaner annually
• Maintain and replace exhausted U.V. Bulb

Maintenance for Add–on Plans (H3, H4) will be performed at the time of annual H1 maintenance. H2 maintenance for Air Conditioner or Heat Pump will be performed at A/C season. H1 maintenance for a furnace or boiler will be performed at heating season.

Plumbing Plan – P1
Plumbing Only (No water heater)

• Annual Plumbing & Water heater inspection
• Free diagnostics on Plumbing (up to 1/2 hour)
• 2 year extended warranty on faucets or fixtures we replace
• Aerator Replacement or cleaning

Plumbing Plan (P1+)
Plumbing & Water Heater
Includes the same as above for Plan P1

• Annual Water Heater Maintenance
• Free replacement of the following failed parts:
  • Thermocoupling
  • Water Flex Connections
• T&P Valve
• Gas Flex Connection
• Thermostatic Gas Valve
• Burner Assembly
• Upper or Lower Elements
• Electric Upper or Lower Thermostats
• Leaking Tank
• Drain Bibb

Exclusions – Water heaters being used for space heating. Water heaters installed not to code or per recommendations will not be included until corrections are made.

Plumbing Plan – P2
Recirculating Pumps
This is an add on to P1 or P1+ and may NOT be sold separately

• Inspect pump annually
• Oil Pump as necessary
• Replace flange gaskets

Plumbing Plan – P3
Sewage Pump or Sump Pump
This is an add on to P1 or P1+ and may NOT be sold separately

• Inspect pump annually
• Annual Bio Clean Treatment
• Clean floats and housing

Plumbing Plan – P4
Water Filters
This is an add on to P1 or P1+ and may NOT be sold separately

• Includes annual maintenance & inspection on one under–counter Filtration System or Equivalent
• Replace up to 3 filters annually
• Tightening adjustable connections

Exclusions – Water Softener Systems and Whole House Systems Maintenance for Add–on Plans (P2, P3 and P4) will be performed at the time of annual maintenance.
